Demolition and site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Ten Sleep, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of January 6, 2022, project has been awarded to Flannery with the amount of $7,500 but company information is currently not available. Owner will receive sealed bids for a two-story log cabin structure, located at 450 2nd street, Ten Sleep, WY. Building known as Emerson Parks house. This is for purchase, removal and cleanup of the location. Successful bidder will be responsible for all arrangements and cost of removal and cleanup of the site after removal. The site shall be leveled and have no debris. Removal and cleanup shall be completed by May 25, 2021 or the purchase price and clean up deposit shall be forfeited. The successful bidder shall include in their bid the sum of $3500 as a cleanup deposit which shall be refunded upon successful cleanup after removal of the cabin. In the event the property is not cleaned up to the satisfaction of the Town of Ten Sleep, the deposit shall be forfeited and may used by the Town to cover the costs of cleanup. Upon being awarded the bid, the successful bidder shall pay to the Town of Ten Sleep the amount of their bid and the clean up deposit in the amount of $3500 within 15 days of being awarded the bid. In the event said sums are not paid in full within 15 days of award of the bid, award of the bid to the successful bidder will be withdrawn by the Town of Ten Sleep. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
