Other Details The Right Is Reserved By The Owner And Engineer To Reject Any And All Bids Or To Waive Informalities Therein. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid For A Period Of 60 Calendar Days From And After The Date Named Herein For The Opening Of Bids. The Town Of Ten Sleep Will Employ An In-state Preference To The Contract.
