Renovation of an educational facility in Reading, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Work will be bid as a single Prime Contract as follows: Mechanical Construction Contract; Replacement of Unit Ventilators and associated infrastructure. Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check, money order or cashier's good faith check payable to the Order of Exeter Township School District or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent (10%) of the total bid, as security. Performance and Payment Bonds are required. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit in the form set forth in the Bidding Documents. The right to waive any informality in any. Bid, to reject any or all Bids or to award any Contract in the best interest of the Owner is reserved. Bidders on this work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the PA Prevailing Wage Act. Bidders on this work and all subcontractors shall comply with all provisions of the PA Commonwealth Procurement Code for Prevention of Environmental Pollution. It is intended to award a single prime contract for the work as Mechanical Construction.
