Reading Area Community College extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms to submit Bids for a campus-wide elevator maintenance agreement in accordance with this Request for Proposal (RFP). It is the Colleges intention to award the contract to a contractor who can provide complete maintenance and repair service for an initial term of three years with options for two, one-year renewals depending on quality of service, for a total of five years. Clarification Deadline 9/28/2022 12:00 pm Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance required for the Work Bid security bid bond, performance bond, and payment bond are not required. Bid results will not be official until all information is reviewed, tabulated, presented to the Reading Area Community College Board of Trustees.
