As of September 28,2022. Project has been awarded to Arora Systems Group, LLC with the amount of $52,786.31 3rd and Spruce Playground Office HVAC Improvements Project Each proposal shall be accompanied by bid surety in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal. A certified check or bid bond will be accepted. Attention is called to the fact that State prevailing wage rates must be paid by the contractor and that employees shall not be discriminated against because of race, color, age, religion, sex or national origin. The City of Reading reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, and to accept or reject any part of a bid, as may be in the public interest. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 9/7/2022 10:00 AM
