The City of Cornelius is seeking qualified firms to submit proposals to provide technical assistance on an as needed basis to the City. Services include but are not limited to: design and construction oversight for a 1.5 MG reservoir, technical assistance in operation of an ASR facility, maintenance of the City's SCADA system and water distribution modeling, periodic updating of the City's water master plan, and general municipal water utility technical assistance. The City's Project Manager for this effort is: Terry Keyes, PE City Engineer City of Cornelius 503-357-3011 tkeyes@ci.cornelius.or.us. Questions on this RFQ should be directed to the Project Manager. Questions can be submitted via email or via phone. Email is much preferred. Minority/Women/Emerging Small Business ("MWESB") firms are encouraged to submit proposals in response to this solicitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award of any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
