The firm will provide Building Code Inspection Services on an as needed basis. Building Code Inspection Services shall consist of, but not limited to the following: Florida Building Code Plan Review and Inspections Florida Fire Prevention Code Plan Review and Inspections State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF) reviews and inspections Reviews and inspections of conformance with various Board, State and other code requirements. The School Board of Palm Beach County, Florida invites qualified Consultants, licensed in the State of Florida, to perform Building Code Plan Review and Inspection Services. Building Code Inspection Services shall be provided on an as needed basis by State of Florida licensed Plan Reviewers and Inspectors. Services include, but are not limited to Plan Review and Inspection Services for Building, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical and Fire Code compliance. The term of the Contract will commence upon the Award Date. The term of the Contract shall be for one (1) year, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year periods based on favorable performance for the prior term of the Contract. The School Board of Palm Beach County reserves the right to reject any or all offers or to accept any offers which is in its best interest. The School Board also reserves the right to waive any informalities, irregularities and technicalities in procedure.
