Renovation of a conference / convention center in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.

Roof replacement at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center of the 1997 building due to water infiltration. There is approximately 400,000 SF of Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) single-ply roofing membrane and rigid insulation that will be replaced with similar product over metal deck. ** Two Pre-bid meetings will be held for this project. Prospective bidders/respondents are required to attend at least one* M/WBE Subcontracting Program goal- 5% Removal of approximately 409,800 Sq.ft of existing 40 mil TPO roof
