As of October 25, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. 1. The Contractor shall furnish all the materials and perform all the Work called for in the Contract Documents and more specifically described in the Plans and Specification for the Project entitled. 2. The Contractor shall begin Work at the job site within seven (7) calendar days after the date of the Owners written Authorization to Proceed issued by the Owners Representative The Deadline for questions is scheduled for August 8, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. CST. Question Deadline 08/08/2023 at 4:00 PM CT Construct a cycle track and sidewalk along Hamilton Wolfe, from Babcock Rd. to Ewing Halsell, and along Ewing Halsell, from Hamilton Wolfe to Charles Katz. This project will consist of demoing existing sidewalk, adding new 6 ft sidewalk, a 10 ft Cycle Track, driveways, irrigation, ped bridge, and topsoil and sodding. The estimated construction budget for this contract is $5,168,503.00 The City of San Antonio point of contact for this solicitation is Desiree Alderete, desiree.alderete@sanantonio.gov.
