Renovation of an educational facility in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of roof system replacement at King-Westwood Elementary School as shown and/or specified in the Procurement Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in the bidding. Bid bond in the amount of five percent of the base bid must accompany each bid in accordance with AIA Document A7Û1-1997, Instructions to Bidders. All proposals shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship {or lack of a relationship) that exists between the owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the Kalamazoo Public Schools or the Superintendent of the School District. The District shall not accept a bid that does not include a sworn and notarized statement.
