Renovation of an educational facility in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of December 2021, A construction manager has been awarded. Construction is not anticipated to commence until 2022. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. --- The project will generally consist of a full interior renovation of the existing building. To include demolition of interior walls, new general, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection throughout the entire original facility. The CMaR will be responsible for the new construction and demolition as per the architectural documents. The building envelope will receive a variety of deferred maintenance items as will be depicted within the architectural drawings. New utility access may be required along with other site work and landscaping that completes the site master plan for this area. The Project Budgeted Direct Construction Cost is approximately $40,000,000 (excluding CMAR Fees, CMAR Construction Contingency, design and other associated fees, furniture and equipment, and other "soft" costs). The Project Completion Date is still To Be Determined with CMaR input, but construction is anticipated to start in May 2022 with an estimated 24 month schedule. The CMAR is required to be licensed in the State of North Dakota with a Class A license, and must comply with all requirements listed in ND Century Code Chapter 43-07.
