A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work to be performed under this contract includes approximately 28,688 square yards of milling; 3730 tons of HMA surface course, approximately 40,320 linear feet of traffic striping, 80 square feet of traffic markings, stormwater inlet repairs and upgrades and other incidental work along Marble Hill Road. Each bid must be made on the prescribed forms furnished with the Contract Drawings and Specifications, including Non-collusion Affidavit, and must be accompanied by a Consent of Surety and a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid, and not to exceed $20,000.00. Bids may be submitted by mail, but will be considered only if received on or before such date and time. The Township will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded through the mail if lost in transit at any time before the bid opening. No bids will be received after the time set forth above. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of PL 1975, c.127 (NJAC 17:27), and PL 1977, c.33. Bidders arc required to comply with the New Jersey Business Registration Certificate Law, P.L. 2004,c, 57. Bidders are required to comply with the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, P.L. I999,c. 238. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive immaterial informalities, and/or to accept the bid which, in the opinion of the Township, will be in the best interest of the Township, all in accordance with the New Jersey Public Contract Law N.J.S.A. 40A:11-1 et. seq.
