Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fontana, California. Working plans call for the construction of a 50,000-square-foot, three-story above grade laboratory facility; 51,000-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility; 28,000-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility; 8,000-square-foot, two-story above grade manufacturing facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for paving for a educational facility.

As of December 1, 2025, design is in progress. A design/build firm team has been selected. This project won't go out to bid until December, 2026. Plans include: - Welcome Center and Library: 51,000 GSF; 4 stories - Instructional Building 1: 28,000 GSF; 3 stories - Automotive Technology Building: 50,000 GSF; 2 and 3 stories - Operations & Maintenance Building: 8,000 GSF; 1-2 stories - Site and Infrastructure: drives, parking lots, utilities, green spaces, etc.
