Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
**As of 10/16/2020 was already awarded, project started last 2 Wednesdays and anticipated to be completed Mid next month. This Contract improves pedestrian and bicycle safety and efficiency within public right-of-way at the Northwest Avenue/West Bakerview Road intersection. Work consists of installing temporary erosion control measures; roadway excavation; grading with gravel and crushed surfacing; removal of certain existing site features; minor drainage modifications; upgrading pedestrian access routes and safety elements; installing concrete curbs, gutters, sidewalks, traffic islands, ADA ramps, and landings; modifying traffic and pedestrian signal components; removing existing and adding new improved-visibility pavement markings; paving with HMA; roadway surveying; traffic control; trimming and cleanup; record drawings; and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
