**As of January 3, 2020, the owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. For RFQ Construction Manager at Risk - Maricopa County Animal Safe Haven Facility The project consists of site development and construction of a new Maricopa County Animal Safe Haven Facility (MASH). Project is located on the Durango Complex, Phoenix, AZ 85009. The project may have to be completed utilizing a phased approach to coincide with funding availability. The key to success for this project is cooperative team partnering with all stakeholders. The scope will include pre-construction and construction services. The selected firm will begin in an agency support role for the pre-construction services and will, at some point prior to construction, assume the risk of delivering the project through a guaranteed maximum price contract. The construction budget range is approximately $7,000,000. Maricopa County reserves the right to revise the Scope of Work (SOW) Maricopa County (County) extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal sealed Statements of Qualifications electronically to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) design phase services and construction phase services as described herein.
