Site work and new construction of an educational facility in West Linn, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a 111,603-square-foot, two-story above grade educational facility.
THE PROJECT WILL BE A TWO LEVEL CONSTRUCTION OF THE ATHEY CREEK MIDDLE SCHOOL. LEVEL 1 HAS A GROSS SF OF 67,692, AND LEVEL 2 IS A GROSS SF OF 43,911 SF WITH A TOTAL OF 111, 603 SF LOCATED ON APPROXIMATELY 22 ACRES. THE SCHOOL IS DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE 850 STUDENTS FOR GRADE LEVELS 6-8. TRADES WILL INCLUDE: STRUCTURAL, ARCHITECTURAL, MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL. PLUMBING, CIVIL. LANDSCAPING AND TECHNOLOGY AND WILL INCLUDE ALL OFF SITE IMPROVEMENTS DESCRIBED IN VOLUME 4 OF THE DRAWINGS. THE PROJECT IS SLATED TO START IN JANUARY 2022 AND IS SCHEDULED FOR SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION IN SUMMER OF 2023, WITH FINAL COMPLETION SCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 20, 2023.
