Estimated cost for this project is $270,000. The Project contemplated consists of constructing a new water supply system with water from a recently constructed well. The new water system includes a well pump, sand separator, pressure tanks, piping, valves, control vaults, and construction of a truck fill station with water system controls. Other improvements include associated site civil and site electrical work. The new system will be located at the Eagle Sewer District Wastewater Lagoon Treatment Facility. The Work will be completed in all respects on or before May 1, 2020. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by Bid security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents. In order to perform Work under these Bidding Documents, Bidders and Subcontractors shall be licensed as Public Works Contractors in accordance with Idaho Code 54-1902 and shall obtain and hold such other licenses as required by Federal and local Laws and Regulations. Bids will be accepted from those Bidders only who, prior to Bid opening, hold current licenses as Public Works Contractors in the State of Idaho.
