Renovation of a water / sewer project in Panama City Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
This project includes the removal of an existing single ply membrane roof and rigid insulation, followed by installation of new rigid insulation and TPO single ply roof, with accessories, on a monoslope structure approximately 53-4 x 27-4 in plan. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to complete the project. The City shall award the Contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; provided, however, the City reserves the right to award the Contract to a Bidder who is not the lowest responsive and responsible bidder if the City determines in its reasonable discretion that another Bid offers the City a better value based upon the reliability, quality of service, or product of such other Bidder.
