**As of December 13, 2023, the award amount is $1,093,356.17. The City of Panama City Beach hereby solicits sealed bids for the West End Water System Improvements project. This solicitation includes installation of watermain, fire hydrants, gate valves, water service and service lines along Rose Lane, Avenue A, Verona St., Spires St., Herlong St, and Avenue C. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor to complete the project and structures, and associated restoration. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All bidders shall comply with all applicable state and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulations of businesses in the state of Florida. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, with respect to Public Entity Crimes.
