Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Panama City Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of January 13, 2020, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed.** The City of Panama City Beach hereby solicits sealed bids for Parking Lot Sealing & Crack Repair at Frank Brown Park. Bids must be submitted upon the standard form contained in the Specifications. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bids received. All bidders shall comply with all applicable state and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulations of businesses in the state of Florida. All Bids shall be firm for a period of sixty days after opening. Total area to be sealed is approximately 43,217 square yards. This is the entire asphalt parking lots at Frank Brown Park. The asphalt surface should be thoroughly cleaned of all loose debris. Oil spots should be flash burned and primed. Cracks 1/4" and wider will be cleaned and sealed with rubberized crack sealer. Apply 2 coats of Gem Seal Black Diamond emulsion sand slurry or equal. The finished coating will represent a coverage rate of 5.5 square yards per gallon.
