The City of Panama City Beach is accepting electronic (e-submission) and sealed Bids from qualified contractors to rehabilitate the metal roof (approximately 16,786 SQFT) on the Phillip Griffitts Community Center. The Community Center is located at Frank Brown Park in Panama City Beach, Florida. This project includes the following: flute fill existing roof and install a new 60Mil TPO roof system. The Contractor shall acquire all applicable permits, and provide all materials and labor to complete the project. You are required by the Information for Bidders to execute the Agreement and furnish the required CONTRACTORS Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Certificates of Insurance within ten (10) calendar days from the date of this Notice. The City of Panama City Beach (City) reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. All Bids shall be firm (including all labor and material prices) for a period of sixty (60) days after opening.
