**As of 1/28/2020 The projected start date will be 10 days after the PO is created. The PO should be completed and approved by 1/29/2020. Lamar University is soliciting competitive sealed bid for the development of a Green Space at the property located at 1250 E. Florida Ave., Beaumont, Texas 77710. Project will include removal of existing chain linked fence (as indicated on Attachment A), removal of all existing silt fencing and installation of approximately 600 linear feet of chain linked fence (as indicated on Attachment A). The property inside this fenced area will be identified as the "undisturbed area". The remaining property (Green Space) shall have all rocks and debris, larger than 3 (three) inches in diameter relocated to undisturbed area. All light fixtures and temporary electric poles in Green Space shall be removed. Installation of enough quantity of approved topsoil to cover existing grade and terrain to a minimum depth of 6 (six inches) and a rough final grade shall be required. Green Space shall be drill seeded and capped with Hydro-mulch, as described in specifications.
