Renovation of an educational facility in Beaumont, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 6,000-square-foot educational facility.
As of August 05, 2022, project was awarded to Setex Construction Corporation. Awarded amount was not disclosed. Scope of work includes installation of windows and spandrel glass throughout the space along with a new separate entrance and canopy structure. The inside area was a computer data center. The existing computer floor has been removed to allow for the depressed floor to be filled to match adjacent areas. New offices, a conference room and a cafe gathering space with an open ceiling concept as well as 2 restrooms and a wellness room will be added. The project also includes landscape enhancements on the north and east sides of the building. The following person is the University's authorized "Point-of-Contact" for this Solicitation.
