The area of work includes portions of the Phase 1 development of the Waterfront District/Downtown Waterfront Area. Work may include planning, design, permitting, and bid-ready construction drawings as well as cost estimating, bid support, construction administration, environmental studies, hazardous materials studies, and any other associated services. The area of work is located within a capped cleanup site. Due to the complexity of this project, the scope of services under this contract may be completed in multiple phases.
