RFP - Housing Rehabilitation The Township of Upper Darby is seeking PA Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) certified consultants to provide radon testing, technical assistance, specification preparation and on-site project monitoring per the PA Department of Community and Economic Development Housing Rehabilitation Guidebook as it relates to HOME funds expended for housing rehabilitation under the Township Home Improvement Code Compliance Program (HICCP) for the periods January 1st, 2020 to December 31st, 2020, with an option for two (2) additional years. A detailed scope of work, criteria for Proposal and Evaluation has been prepared for the RFP.
