Prime Contract Bid Security Required General Contractor 10% of Bid The purpose of this conference is to answer Service Providers questions regarding this Bid and to give service providers an opportunity to inspect the work site. Guaranty Bonds in the form of a Performance Bond, Labor and Materials Bond and a Maintenance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the bid will be required within ten (10) days of receipt of Delaware County Community Colleges intent to award the Contracts.
