Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Roswell, Georgia. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of February 22, 2023, this project is in redesign stages. Information regarding a bidding and construction timeline are not known. The original solicitation is preserved below for reference. The City of Roswell is accepting Qualifications Packets from Qualified Firms to provide architectural and engineering services for the property known as the "Ace Sand Property", which is a part of the Roswell River Parks Master Plan dated May 2016. The City of Roswell Recreation, Parks, Historic & Cultural Affairs Department is a nationally recognized parks department, receiving the Gold Medal for Excellence in Park and Recreation Management by the American Academy for Park and Recreation Administration in 2017. What happens to City owned property along the river front is vital to the City's efforts. The City is seeking the most qualified partner to help provide the final shape to the Master Plan through architectural, engineering, and related services as further in the RFP documents. Deadline for Receipt of Written Questions - 12/12/2019, 2:00 PM The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
