Renovation of a municipal facility in Tamarac, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Tamarac is seeking to engage qualified firms to propose on the permitting and construction of the Tamarac City Hall Skylight Covering Project. The project site is located at 7525 NW 88th Ave., Tamarac, FL 33321. This project includes, permitting and construction of the Tamarac City Hall Skylight Covering in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements contained in this Bid and the project design plans. This building is currently operational and heavily utilized by the staff and the community. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, engineering and obtaining all applicable permits, licenses, insurance, and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified herein. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications / scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements.
