Question Deadline:Wed Mar 30, 2022 5:00:00 PM (EDT) The City of Tamarac is hereby requesting Bids from qualified Contractors on the design, construction, and installation of a custom, engineered aluminum walkway canopy over an existing sidewalk at the Broward Sheriff's Office located at 7515 Pine Island Road, Tamarac, FL. 33321. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, engineering and obtaining all applicable permits (City will reimburse at cost all permit fees except the 1% Public Art Fee permit), licenses, insurance and supervision necessary to complete the project as specified within the Scope of Work. All proposed improvements shall be completed in accordance with the project bid documents, design plans, details, technical specifications / scope of work and all applicable federal, state, county, and local regulatory requirements The City will consider a VOSB who is 2.5% higher than the lowest bid unless the following occurs: A LTV submits a bid within 5% or a CBE submits a bid within 2.5%.
