Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractors are invited to bid on the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility (NERCF) Paving Improvements for Buildings and General Services at the Northeast Regional Correctional Facility located at 1270 U.S. Route 5 in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. This project consists of, but is not limited to: a. Remove and replace existing bituminous pavement along existing access road as shown on the drawings. b. Repair or replace existing stormwater drainage swales, inlet structures and piping along the access road as shown on the drawings. c. Grade and install new bituminous pavement at the visitor parking lot shown on the drawings. d. Remove, replace, and install new concrete sidewalk and curb as shown on the drawings e. Remove and replace existing concrete steps and handicap ramp at the front entrance of the Northeast Region Correctional Facility as shown on the drawings. f. Install stormwater drainage piping at the Caledonia County Work Camp Building C as shown on the drawings. g. Repair erosion at the drainage swale along U.S. Route 5 as shown on the drawings.
