Site work, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Johnsbury, Vermont. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
For inclusion on a selected list of Bidders for Construction Manager as Constructor for Misc. Projects at the St. Johnsbury School in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. The project consists of a variety of projects including restroom renovations, outdoor pavilions, outdoor access restrooms, and misc. site improvements. Work includes most building trades. The initial phase of the Project is planned to go out to bid April, 2023 with construction starting in June 2023 after the end of the current school year. A second phase is planned to be ready for bidding no later than January 2024, for summer 2024 construction. All construction to be completed no later than September 30, 2024.
