CONTRACT TERM: 2/1/2020 to 1/31/2021 (Initial Term), with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods with the Final Renewal to end 11/31/2023, (the Renewal Term) exercisable, at the Citys sole discretion, as of the expiration of the Initial Term or the current Renewal term. The City may, at its sole discretion, renew the contract for up to three (3) months at the beginning of each renewal period (the Additional Performance Period), if a decision has been made not to renew the contract for an entire year. Further, the City may, at its sole discretion renew the contract for up to three (3) months after all renewal periods have expired, in order to prevent a lapse in coverage until a new contract is in place. It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to make an award for Emergency HVAC Repair Service for the Prison Facilities. as specified herein during the contract period. Please note: For the purpose of this invitation & Bid only, vendors who have already received an Award under Invitation & Bid B2005896 will not be eligible for an award under this Invitation & Bid B2007489.
