Repair of roof, doors, and HVAC B3282 on Joint Base Andrews, MD. NAICS for this project is 236220. PSC is Z2AA. Business Size Standard is $36.5M. This requirement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). 3. Magnitude of Construction: Pursuant to FAR 36.204, the following is provided. The magnitude of construction is Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. 4. Period of Performance: The Government estimated period of performance is one hundred-eighty (180) calendar days. 5. Basis for Award: A contract will be awarded to a SDVOSB that meets the requirements of the RFP and is the lowest priced proposal. IAW FAR 15.306(a)(3), the Government intends to evaluate proposals and make an award without discussions. 6. Wage Rate and Liquid Damages: The Prince George's County Building Wage Rate will apply, WDOL "MD20190044" dated 12/20/2019. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.211-12 Liquid Damages - Construction (Sep 2000), contractor shall pay liquid damages to the Government in the amount of $293.25 for each day of delay until work is completed or accepted. Requests for Information (RFIs) are due not later than 21 Jan 2020 at 2:00 PM ET. Late submissions may not be accepted. RFI answers will be posted to beta SAM. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels the solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
