Project Cost Range: $200,000.00 - $499,999.99 Federal Project Status: Non - Federal (100% State) Structure Work: 0.00% Pre-Bid Meeting: Mandatory Wage Rates: Yes Prequalification Requirement: No State Type of Work: Miscellaneous FM 6371.1 Building to be 3 sided, 30' wide X 40' long single bay Timber Frame Building. All siding to be 29 ga. exposed fastener metal siding being Fabrall Grandrib III or equal. Install concrete floor and aprons per the standard specifications. Mill a paving notch in the existing asphalt to create a smooth transition from old paving to the new aprons. Restore the existing paving or add new to maintain sheet flow of the storm surface water away from the building and prevent ponding of water around the building for the project located in Salina, Westmoreland County.
