Question Acceptance Deadline 12/03/2021 07:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Notice to Proceed May 3, 2022 Construction - Final Completion December 31, 2024 Separate performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the contract amount will be required.
