Renovation of an educational facility in Boulder, Colorado. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Phase I- H-Wing construction on east side of existing building; 14,247 students attending classes in Duane in fall 2019; classrooms are out of capacity; Phase II- Comprehensive renovation of existing building; FCI is 24% in circa 1971 space; will resolve $27.2M maintenance backlog; FCI of 20% in circa 1966 wing where the project will resolve an additional maintenance backlog of $7.7M; one of CU Boulder's premiere academic programs. As of August 8, 2025, this project is on hold and the owner is not expecting to start construction until 2035. This project will be updated as information becomes available.
