Renovation of a medical facility in San Jose, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The work of the Project is comprised of three construction Packages: Package 1: SCVMC North Utility Loop Extension Package 2: SCVMC Old Main Hospital Demolition and Rebuild Package 3: SCVMC Services Building Seismic Retrofit Package 1: SCVMC North Utility Loop Extension extends and re-distributes existing steam, chilled water, normal and emergency power, generator controls, and telecommunication site utilities on the VMC campus. Package 2: SCVMC Old Main Hospital Demolition and Rebuild demolishes an existing seven story 156,880 square foot building and replaces it with a new three story 25,200 square foot building. Package 3: SCVMC Services Building Seismic Retrofit seismically upgrades an existing two story 44,006 square foot building. H143011-43-0
