The projects includes installation of a roundabout at Ainaloa Boulevard, which also included bus pullouts, centre and splitter islands, asphalt shoulders with delineators and street lights. To be eligible for award, bidders must possess a valid State of Hawaii General Engineering Contractors A Licence, prior to the award of the contract. ALL requests for information (RFI) shall be received in writing (email is preferred) by 2:00 P.M. on December 20, 2019. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed.
