Site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Victoriaville, Quebec. Design plans call for the addition of a 130,540-square-foot, five-story above grade medical facility; for the remodel of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Construction of a new building that will be linked to the existing facility and housing emergency, intensive care, operating theaters, reprocessing unit for medical devices as well as part of the food service, day center and endoscopy and of minor surgery in order to solve the problems of functional obsolescence and to improve the infrastructures. The spaces freed up will allow the development of outpatient clinics and certain diagnostic services. The project also includes a redevelopment of existing spaces over an area of 6,370 m2 that will allow the development of outpatient clinics and certain diagnostic services. The project will be implemented by construction packages. Project # 524249. Phase 1 - Preparatory construction work. Phase 2 - Expansion work. Phase 3 - Renovation of the existing building. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. Tender for general contractor and construction is planned for 2027: timelines will be finalized at a later date. Further update in spring, 2026.
