Site work and paving for a civil project in Hobbs, New Mexico. Design plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Professional Surveying and Professional Engineering services to conduct Right-of-Way Surveying, Topographic Surveying, Utility Surveying, Drainage Analysis and Storm Drainage System Design, Engineering Design, and Construction Plans, Specifications, and Bid Document Development for the West Bender Roadway Project. The project will include two phases 1); design a Phase I rural cross section for the widening of West Bender from Grimes Street to West County Road with storm drainage improvements and the reconfiguration of the intersection of West Bender and State Road 18 including preparation of Construction Plans, Project Manual, and Bidding Documents; and 2) provide Right-of-Way surveying, mapping for the Engineering Design for a future Phase II urban cross section of West Bender from State Road 18 to West County Road to widen the roadway including drainage analysis and reconfiguration, environmental assessment, and other required items to comply with all New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) requirements. In case of ambiguity or lack of clarity, the City of Hobbs, New Mexico reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous thereof, or to reject any or all proposals and waive irregularities. As of October 19, 2023, a design team has been identified. Per owner design timeline is 18 months and construction timeline is to be determined.
