For more information regarding this project contact Mark Boguslawski, Project Manager, at 503.350.4025 Bidders must submit or have on file with the City's Purchasing Division a current letter of approval from the State of Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Construction Contracts Unit showing that Contractor has been preapproved for the following class or classes of work: Earthwork and Drainage, Aggregate Bases, AC Paving and Oiling, PCC Paving, Pavement Markings, Landscaping, Temporary Traffic Control. City must receive the letter no later than the date and time established in Section 4
