Each year, the City of Delta invites tenders for its CCTV Inspection Program and its Trenchless Rehabilitation Program. The objective of these two programs is to identify and repair the City's sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal for a consultant to work in cooperation with Delta's project manager for both programs and to manage and administer the programs has closed and a preferred proponent has been identified. Project may be updated when it has been approved to bid for construction. Coverage is discontinued at this time.
