Site work for a road / highway in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Tenders are invited for the construction of Nordel Way BNR Overpass Rehabilitation. The work consists repairs above and below the bridge deck for the Nordel Way BNR Overpass. This overpass is a 126m long, divided, 3 span bridge running north-south along Nordel Way over the BNR and Cougar Creek. There are three southbound lanes, two northbound lanes and sidewalks on both sides. The work below the bridge deck includes installation of 4 bearing stiffeners, recoating steel at abutment girder ends as-well-as the bearings, re-establish a portion of the south abutment drainage system, crack sealing for concrete substructure, concrete patching for crash wall aswell-as bearing pedestals, and deck soffit repair. The work above deck includes repair galvanizing on various railings, replacement of 2 abutment joint seals, application of saline sealer for concrete parapet, and removal and replacement of pedestrian asphalt pathway at the northeast corner. Bid date has been extended from 11/29/2022 to 12/09/2022.
