Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pensacola, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Perdido Bay Boat Ramp Project is a single-phase project located in southwest Escambia County Florida on Perdido Bay. The project will include construction of a two-lane concrete boat ramp with connecting piers, approximate 3000 linear foot dredged access channel with channel markers, dredge spoils decanting basin and disposal area, asphalt entrance drive with parking for 62 vehicle-trailer combinations, and 22 standard vehicle parking spaces, concrete picnic pavilion with two tables, decorative CMU portable toilet enclosure, concrete sidewalks, three primitive camping platforms, 746 linear feet of 14"X23" elliptical, 18" and 24" reinforced concrete pipe.
