Water System Improvements: Keeler: Dempster to Davis Water System Improvements to Keeler Avenue Dempster Street to Davis Street, $805,000 (FY2021); This improvement is an internal recommendation based upon the high occurrences of breaks on this section of water main. This section of water main was installed in the 1920s. Approximately 1975 lineal feet of eight-inch water main would be replaced as part of this project. As of March 3, 2022, no new CIP issued, this project is currently in the FY 2020-2024 CIP . Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction Fy 2021. A firm timeline has not been established. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
