Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Skokie, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.

Work will include removals, earthwork operations, concrete curbs and paving, site furnishings, play field equipment, and poured in place rubber surfacing. All bidders will be required to submit Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Base Bid, payable to the Skokie Park District. The successful bidder, as determined by the Skokie Park District, shall be required to pay, and to agree to pay no less than the Prevailing Rate of Wages, pursuant to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130) for the locality of the Skokie Park District (Cook County), to each laborer worker, or mechanic needed or used to complete the work as detailed in the contract to be let. No submitted bid may be withdrawn until a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date, without written consent of the Skokie Park District.
