Boyer, Inc. is pleased to inform you that the City of Missouri City, TX has awarded us a project under the Construction Manager at Risk delivery method for Mustang Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion and Rehabilitation project. This project is described as an approximately $6,700,000 project with a potential completion date of January 1, 2021 Boyer, Inc. is requesting RFQ from interested suppliers and subcontractors to perform specified scopes of work that will be issued as early as March 2020 as part of the Early Work Package and the balance of construction bid packages may be issued starting in April 2020. The qualification and bidding process will be a two-step process. The initial responses solicited are to pre-qualify by completing the Request for Qualifications package.
