Renovation of an educational facility in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general the work consists of: removal and replacement of existing fire doors in its original location as shown on plans. Provide fire rated doors and frames to meet applicable codes. Provide new hardware at new doors to meet Campus requirements. Removal and replacement of select fire extinguishers and required masonry. Installation of fusible link fire damper. Project to commence post May 18, 2020 and to be substantially complete prior to July 17, 2020.
