Renovation of an office development in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
In general the work consists of: Installation of new, supplemental anchors to secure existing precast elements to existing steel shelf angle on the building's east and west elevations. Work will require removal of existing brick above the shelf angle, shelf angle masonry flashing repair and restoration, modification of existing precast elements to accept new anchors, tightening of existing expansion anchors where possible, reinstallation of ors where possible, reinstallation of existing brick, and masonry sealant replacement. All work must be carefully coordinated and phased with the Agency as the building will be occupied during the work and will be in close proximity to the UW Stout Chancellor's office The successful Contractor must agree to commence work on or before a date to be specified in 6 a written "Notice to Proceed" and to fully complete all work within 90 consecutive calendar days
