Site work, paving and renovation of an educational facility in Menomonie, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of March 3, 2022, Bid is cancelled due to overbudget. In general, the work consists of approximately 580 lineal feet of new direct buried steam and condensate pipes, approximately 130 lineal of of box conduit with steam and condensate pipes, one new steam pit, removal of existing steam box conduit, pipes and pits, associated surface demolition and reconstruction, including electrical, lighting, asphalt roadway, sidewalk, retaining wall, sod and landscaping. Section includes permeable concrete, including formwork, concrete materials, mixture design, placement procedures and finishes, and open graded base course. The work under this section consists of providing all work, materials, labor equipment and supervision necessary to provide permeable concrete pavement section as required in these specifications and the Drawings. Base Bids will be received as a single lump sum bid for: 4) Mechanical (Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning); and 5) Electrical.
